1、 Use of castors
The purpose of casters is to facilitate handling. For example, they are used for the reinforcement of human hands on all kinds of equipment and handling machines that need to be handled indoors and in buildings. Please follow the following principles: the selected casters should be properly used and correctly installed according to their use methods and conditions.
2、 Use and usage of castors
When using castors, you want to consider their use mode, required functions, use conditions (use range) in advance, and then select the appropriate type. Please pay attention to the following:
（1）. Proper load bearing
The possible load-bearing load in the product introduction refers to the general load that is easy to move when handling on a flat ground by manual operation. At the same time, it is a general load that can carry out such handling work for a long time in a safe state. It is necessary to estimate the total weight of the carrying objects in advance, and then select the appropriate casters according to the allowable load. Generally, only 3 of the 4 casters are stressed, so the weight limit of the total weight should be based on the theory *0.8 (that is, do not calculate too full). When using 4 casters, the limit of total weight = the allowable bearing load of each (1) caster *4*0.8. When using casters of different sizes, please calculate the overall maximum bearing weight based on the caster with the lowest bearing load.
（2）. About speed
The requirements for caster speed are as follows: under normal temperature environment, at a speed not higher than walking speed, on a flat ground, there is a general use condition of a certain stop working state. (please avoid continuous (non-stop) use of caster hair pad)
Caster diameter is less than 75mm ------ less than 2km / h, and less than 100mm ------ less than 4km / h
（3）. Service conditions
Determine the wheel diameter, material, installation method (such as plate mounted, screw fixed, etc.) and the type of casters used (such as flexible rotation, fixed, stopping, etc.) according to the various instruments for installing casters. In short, the most suitable caster shall be selected after full weighing according to the existing caster varieties or various types.
（4）. About the brake of casters
Caster wear may occur after long-term use, resulting in reduced caster function. I hope to pay attention to it at any time. Generally, the anti rotation effect of hard castors (nylon, resin, etc.) will be reduced after being used for a period of time. In terms of stopping, please use other stopping methods (such as caster brake, ground anti slip, etc.) according to the safety requirements of the product or the specified special needs.
5. Environmental conditions for using castors
Generally, the use environment of casters is set in the indoor environment under normal temperature, so try to avoid using them in special environments, such as high temperature, low temperature, multi temperature, high acidity, high alkalinity, multi salt, places with chemical solvents, places with oil, or sea water and liquid medicine, which will directly contact the casters, thus reducing the efficiency of casters. When it has to be used, other reliable measures shall be provided according to different conditions, such as the material of metal appliances, castor wheels, lubricating oil, etc., which shall be comprehensively weighed, and some materials shall be considered to cause dirt on the ground.
