A: Quality is the lifeblood of our company. A: All items are OEM which according to end-customers requirement. We highly encourage customization. Our standard framework uses high-strength steel tubing with mesh side panels. Specific height, width, depth, and mesh aperture sizes are all flexible based on your operational requirements.

A: We use high-grade Q235B structural steel, known for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and durability. Depending on the application, we can also utilize heavier gauge materials (Q355B) for heavy-duty industrial applications.

A: - 2-sided: Features two fixed side walls, ideal for loading large or irregular items while providing visible access.
- 3-sided: Features three fixed walls, offering better load retention for mixed items and preventing items from falling out during transport.
- 4-sided: Features four fully enclosed walls, providing maximum security and containment for small loose goods, parcels, or fragile items.
The more sides, the higher the load stability and protection level.

A: Yes. The majority of our roll container designs feature folding mechanism that allows them to collapse as flat as possible. This nested/foldable design can save up to 60-70% of storage and return-transport space, significantly reducing reverse logistics costs for our clients.

A: We offer three primary surface finish options to meet various operational environments and budget requirements:
1)Electro-galvanizing (BZP) – Provides a smooth, bright, and shiny surface finish with a uniform appearance. It offers basic anti-rust protection and is ideally suited for dry indoor environments, light-duty applications, or situations where surface smoothness and visual appeal are prioritized over heavy corrosion resistance. It is a more cost-effective solution compared to HDG, but we recommend it only for controlled, low-humidity settings.
2) Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) – Provides superior corrosion resistance, making the container suitable for outdoor use, cold storage, and high-humidity environments.
3) Powder Coating – Offers an aesthetically pleasing finish, available in a wide range of RAL colors, with excellent scratch resistance for indoor retail and commercial applications.

A: We offer a wide variety of caster diameters (typically 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, and 200mm) and materials, including PP, polyurethane (PU), elastic rubber, PA etc. We also differentiate between swivel casters (with or without brakes) and fixed casters. The choice depends on your floor type, load weight, and maneuverability requirements.

A: With proper handling and routine maintenance, our roll containers generally have a service life of 5 to 10 years. The hot-dip galvanized versions, in particular, offer extended lifespan even in harsh environments due to their exceptional rust-proof properties.

A: Key safety guidelines include: strictly adhering to the designated maximum load capacity, ensuring even weight distribution, engaging all caster brakes when stationary, inspecting for damaged wires or bent frames before use, and stacking them only when designed to do so.

A: Caster maintenance is crucial for operational safety. We recommend regularly removing entangled threads or debris, checking for flat spots or wear on the wheels, and applying a light-duty lubricant to the swivel mechanisms and bearings every 3–6 months to ensure smooth rolling.

A: A post pallet is a heavy-duty steel pallet integrated with vertical corner posts. These posts interlock with corresponding stacking receptacles, allowing for safe, high-density vertical stacking without the need for additional racking systems.

A: YYD manufacture stackable post pallets, rackable post pallets, collapsible post pallets, and mobile post pallets with integrated wheels, also produce specialized designs for tyre storage and heavy steel coil handling.

A: The load capacity depends on the steel gauge and design engineering. Typically, our standard post pallets support load capacity from 1,500 kg to 2,000 kg. We can design and fabricate heavy-duty versions capable of supporting up to 3,000 kg per unit for industrial applications.

A: All post pallets are manufactured using premium Q235 or Q345 steel.

A: Hot-dip galvanizing, which is highly recommended for post pallets due to the heavy wear and potential moisture exposure during storage. Alternatively, the powder coating with a robust, scratch-resistant finish for indoor use.

A: Depending on the structural design and the weight of the goods, we generally engineer our post pallets to allow max stacking up to 6 units. The post cups ensure vertical alignment and prevent lateral sliding, maintaining stability even in higher stacks.

A: They are specifically designed for mechanical handling. Standard post pallets can be moved using counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and manual or electric pallet jacks (via the pallet runner openings).

A: Yes. YYD manufacture specialized post pallet variants specifically designed for tyre storage. These feature angled support arms or central beams that hold car and truck tires vertically or horizontally, maximizing storage density in warehouses.

A: A flower trolley (also known as a plant cart) is a specialized wheeled transport rack designed for the horticulture industry. It features multiple suspended or fixed shelves used to hold potted plants, nursery stock, and cut flowers securely during transport, display, and storage.

A: We accept standard international trade payment terms, primarily Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Typical terms are 30%~50% deposit via T/T before production, with the 50%~70% balance due either before shipment or against the Bill of Lading copy.

A: Lead time is generally 30 to 60 days after final drawing approval & received the deposit from customer. This timeline accounts for tooling/mould preparation, material procurement, production, and quality inspection. A: Given our proximity to Qingdao Port, the majority of our shipments are dispatched via sea freight (FCL - Full Container Load). For urgent orders or spare parts, we also offer air freight and express courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS) upon request.

A: YYD provides a 1~2 year warranty depending on the product structure and application conditions. The overall frame welding is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty applies under the following conditions:
A) Products must be properly handled and operated according to standard procedures, including correct forklift handling during stacking and unloading.
B) Overloading beyond the rated loading capacity is not covered under warranty.
C) Products should be used in suitable environments. Indoor, dry, and non-corrosive conditions are recommended. For zinc-plated and powder-coated products, avoid contact with corrosive chemicals or harsh environments. Hot-dip galvanized products have better corrosion resistance and are suitable for more demanding applications.
D) Damage caused by improper use, accidents, modification, or artificial damage is not covered by warranty.
