01 Requirement Analysis: Share your requirements with us - technical drawings (CAD/SolidWorks/PDF), reference images, dimension specs, load capacity requirements, and application scenarios. Our engineering team reviews feasibility and provides professional suggestions for design optimization.
02 Design & Engineering: Our experienced engineers create detailed 3D models and production drawings based on your specifications. We support multiple engineering file formats, including CAD and SolidWorks, to ensure seamless communication and compatibility with your design requirements. We optimize each structure for strength, foldability, stackability, and manufacturing efficiency. Design revisions are provided based on your feedback until the final solution is fully approved.
03 Prototype & Sample: Before mass production, we fabricate a prototype sample for your evaluation. You can test the sample in your actual working environment - check dimensions, load capacity, mobility, and overall quality. Any adjustments are incorporated before production begins.
04 Production & QC: Once the sample is approved, we move to full-scale production. Our automated 3D laser tube cutting machines, robotic welding systems, and powder coating lines ensure precision and consistency. In-process QC checks are performed at every stage - cutting, welding, surface treatment, and assembly.
05 Final Inspection&Packing: Every batch undergoes final inspection - dimensional accuracy, weld integrity, load-bearing test, surface finish quality, and castor functionality. Products are then carefully packed: PE strap + steel pallet + stretch film wrapping. Disassembled packing maximizes container space utilization.
06 Shipping & After-Sales: We coordinate sea/air/rail freight based on your preference. Full shipping documentation (B/L, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin) is provided. After delivery, our team offers ongoing support - spare parts, maintenance guidance, and reorder management.

Q:What kind of suraface treatment does the YYD provide?
A: A.Electrol galvanized/Zinc plated: the zinc serves as a sacrificial anode( indoor storage)
B.Hot dip galvanized: it forms a coating of corrosion-resistant zinc(indoor/outdoor and cold storage)
C.Powder coating: a type of coating that is applied as a free flowing, dry powder(indoor/outdoor storage)
Q: Has YYD supplied products for large-scale projects or bulk orders?

Q: Can I get any product warranty from YYD?
A: Yes, YYD provides a 1–2 year warranty depending on the product structure and application conditions. The overall frame welding is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty applies under the following conditions:
A) Products must be properly handled and operated according to standard procedures, including correct forklift handling during stacking and unloading.
B) Overloading beyond the rated loading capacity is not covered under warranty.
C) Products should be used in suitable environments. Indoor, dry, and non-corrosive conditions are recommended. For zinc-plated and powder-coated products, avoid contact with corrosive chemicals or harsh environments. Hot-dip galvanized products have better corrosion resistance and are suitable for more demanding applications.
D) Damage caused by improper use, accidents, modification, or artificial damage is not covered by warranty.
