Recently, YYD has introduced a brand-new fully automatic feeding 3D laser pipe cutting machine. This is the third fully automatic laser cutting equipment that the company has put into use, marking a significant upgrade in the company's production capacity and precision level in the field of metal product customization. The addition of this equipment will provide a solid foundation for the company to continuously optimize its production process, enhance processing efficiency, and ensure product quality.
The newly introduced 3D laser pipe cutting machine adopts a fully automatic feeding system and advanced three-dimensional laser cutting technology, enabling high-precision, multi-angle and complex-shaped cutting of various metal pipes. The entire machine body is designed with a full steel protective cover, and is equipped with a safety observation window and multiple warning signs to ensure production safety and ease of operation. The feeding part is equipped with an automatic clamping and roller conveying system, which can precisely position and stably feed the pipes, achieving an automated production mode with no personnel supervision or minimal operation.


Compared with traditional cutting equipment, the new equipment has significant advantages in terms of cutting accuracy, edge flatness, and size consistency. It can effectively reduce material waste and improve the stability of production batches. The laser control system ensures that the cutting size of each pipe is strictly controlled within millimeter-level accuracy, and is particularly suitable for processing high-standard customized metal products such as supermarket/logistics/warehouse rolls, stacked and mobile shelves, livestock equipment and accessories, etc. High-precision cutting not only optimizes the welding mating surface and ensures assembly accuracy, but also provides stable processing conditions for subsequent hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating processes, ensuring that the overall quality and appearance of the finished products meet international standards.
This equipment upgrade has also significantly enhanced production efficiency and capacity. The combination of fully automatic feeding and high-precision cutting systems has enabled the intelligent and lean management of the production line, significantly shortening the delivery cycle and meeting customers' stable supply of high-quality metal products. At present, the company covers a factory area of 11,000 square meters, including a 9,500-square-meter production workshop. We are planning to construct a new 16,000-square-meter workshop dedicated to high-end manufacturing and precision stamping.The newly added equipment can perfectly connect with the existing automated production framework, which will greatly elevate product batch consistency and production flexibility, while delivering dependable custom solution services to customers.
